Return Policy – Deals Store

At Deals Store, we offer a free 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can submit a request via our return portal or contact us directly at 804-400-0031. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a free return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work promptly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
